Flourish You Group Ltd provides executive coaching and executive menopause advisory services through Beverley Anderson. Services include private one to one executive coaching engagements, the Leadership Capacity Scorecard (a private leadership reflection tool available at scorecard.beverleyanderson.com), and Private Reflection Conversations.
In these Terms, Content means any material we produce or publish in any format, including reports, white papers, case studies, articles, guides, presentations, webinars, recordings, quizzes, assessments, scorecards, frameworks, downloadable resources, and digital or physical products. References in these Terms to our services and websites include all such Content unless stated otherwise.
The Leadership Capacity Scorecard, and any other quiz, assessment, or reflection tool we provide, is offered as a private reflection tool only. It is not a diagnostic tool, medical assessment, psychological evaluation, or therapeutic service. Results are intended to support personal reflection and do not constitute professional advice of any kind.
Executive coaching provided by Flourish You Group Ltd is non-therapeutic and does not constitute counselling, psychotherapy, medical advice, legal advice, or financial advice. Coaching is a thinking partnership to support clarity, decision-making, and leadership sustainability.
All Content is provided for general information and personal reflection only. It does not constitute medical, health, psychological, therapeutic, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for consulting a suitably qualified professional. You should always seek the advice of your doctor or another qualified healthcare provider regarding any health concern, and you should never disregard or delay seeking professional advice because of something you have read, watched, or completed through our Content.
Accessing our Content, attending a webinar or presentation, or completing a quiz, assessment, or scorecard does not create a coaching, advisory, clinical, or other professional relationship between you and us, and does not entitle you to rely on that Content as advice specific to your circumstances. A professional relationship arises only under a separate written agreement.
Where our Content includes research, survey findings, statistics, or insights, these are typically based on self-reported information from participants. Such findings are illustrative and are not clinical, scientific, or peer-reviewed evidence. They do not represent every person's experience and should not be relied upon as medical or scientific fact.
Where our Content references or includes information from third-party sources, that information is included for context and general interest. We do not warrant its accuracy or completeness, and rights in that material remain with the original owner.
Where we offer or refer to nutritional or supplement products, these are food supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. They are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any supplement, particularly if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or have an existing health condition.
Our services and Content are intended for adults aged 18 and over. By using our websites, accessing our Content, or engaging our services, you confirm that you are 18 or older.
All private coaching engagements are governed by a separate coaching agreement, which will be provided and must be agreed before coaching commences. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and a coaching agreement, the coaching agreement will take precedence in relation to the specific coaching engagement.
All Content, including all names, logos, brands, frameworks, methodologies, tools, assessments, and trademarks, whether registered or unregistered, used across our websites, Content, and products, is the intellectual property of Flourish You Group Ltd or is used under licence, and is protected by applicable law.
This includes, without limitation, the Leadership Capacity Scorecard, the B.A.L.A.N.C.E. Framework, and the term Executive Menopause as used in the context of this business.
You may not reproduce, distribute, adapt, publish, or use any of our Content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
Any testimonials, case studies, or client stories we publish are shared with the consent of the individual concerned and reflect that individual's own experience. Individual results are not typical, are not guaranteed, and should not be taken as a promise of any particular outcome for you.
Coaching sessions may be recorded with your explicit consent. Recording will only take place where consent has been obtained in advance. Recordings are stored securely and used only for the purposes agreed at the time of consent. You may withdraw consent for future recordings at any time by contacting us at info@beverleyanderson.com.
Where you attend a webinar, workshop, or other event, all or part of that event may be recorded. By attending, you consent to being recorded where you actively participate, for example by speaking or appearing on video. Event materials remain our intellectual property and may not be recorded, reproduced, or redistributed by attendees without our prior written consent.
All information shared within coaching engagements and Private Reflection Conversations is treated as strictly confidential. Beverley Anderson will not disclose the content of any conversation or session to a third party without your consent, except where required to do so by law, or where there is a serious and immediate risk of harm to you or another person.
Responses to quizzes, assessments, and reflection tools are private to the individual completing the reflection. We may combine and anonymise responses to identify general patterns and to produce published Content, but individual responses will not be shared with any third party in a form that identifies you. Further detail on how we handle this data is set out in our Privacy Policy.
