Flourish You Group Ltd provides executive coaching and executive menopause advisory services through Beverley Anderson. Services include private one to one executive coaching engagements, the Leadership Capacity Scorecard (a private leadership reflection tool available at scorecard.beverleyanderson.com), and Private Reflection Conversations.
The Leadership Capacity Scorecard is provided as a private reflection tool only. It is not a diagnostic tool, medical assessment, psychological evaluation, or therapeutic service. Results are intended to support personal reflection and do not constitute professional advice of any kind.
Executive coaching provided by Flourish You Group Ltd is non-therapeutic and does not constitute counselling, psychotherapy, medical advice, legal advice, or financial advice. Coaching is a thinking partnership to support clarity, decision-making, and leadership sustainability.
Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. By using our websites or engaging our services, you confirm that you are 18 or older.
All private coaching engagements are governed by a separate coaching agreement, which will be provided and must be agreed before coaching commences. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and a coaching agreement, the coaching agreement will take precedence in relation to the specific coaching engagement.
All content on beverleyanderson.com and scorecard.beverleyanderson.com, including text, frameworks, tools, and assessments, is the intellectual property of Flourish You Group Ltd and is protected by applicable copyright law.
The Leadership Capacity Scorecard, the B.A.L.A.N.C.E. Framework, and the term Executive Menopause as used in the context of this business are proprietary to Flourish You Group Ltd.
You may not reproduce, distribute, adapt, or use any content from our websites for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Flourish You Group Ltd.
Coaching sessions may be recorded with your explicit consent. Recording will only take place where consent has been obtained in advance. Recordings are stored securely and used only for the purposes agreed at the time of consent. You may withdraw consent for future recordings at any time by contacting us at info@beverleyanderson.com.
All information shared within coaching engagements and Private Reflection Conversations is treated as strictly confidential. Beverley Anderson will not disclose the content of any conversation or session to a third party without your consent, except where required to do so by law, or where there is a serious and immediate risk of harm to you or another person.
Scorecard responses are private to the individual completing the reflection. Aggregate anonymised data may be used to improve the tool over time, but individual responses will not be shared with any third party.
Flourish You Group Ltd provides coaching and reflection tools in good faith. We do not guarantee any specific outcome from coaching or from completing the Leadership Capacity Scorecard.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Flourish You Group Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our websites or services. Our total liability to you in connection with any claim will not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service to which the claim relates.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Resend, for transactional email communication with clients. Encharge, for email marketing to subscribers. Google Analytics, for website analytics (when activated). The Leadership Capacity Scorecard is hosted on a third party platform. Each of these providers operates under their own terms of service and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for the practices of third party service providers. Links to third party websites on our sites do not constitute endorsement of those websites or their content.
We aim to keep our websites available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to suspend or withdraw access to any part of our websites without notice for operational, technical, or legal reasons.
